It is currently the eleventh tallest building in the world (as of 2022) and one of the tallest green buildings ( LEED EBOM ) . The building has the world's second largest and the world's only giant damper open to tourists . The observation deck above the 101st floor with an elevation of 460 meters is the highest outdoor rooftop observation trail in the world.
